The Ergonomics Competence Network was one of the 1,887 exhibitors at the fair, on which about 65,000 trade visitors informed themserves about the latest trends in the areas of occupational safety, workplace health and security management at operation.
The international A+A convention, run by the German Federal Association for Occupational Safety and Health (Basi) featured a wide range of topics and was attended by over 5,000 delegates. It ran in parallel with the conference of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the International Social Security Organisation (ISSA) with its line-up of high-calibre speakers. The exhibitors presented the full range of products and services for personal protection, and the realization of health-sustaining, safer operations. Many new, innovative products were to be seen.
The ECN, which has a switching function between science and practice on the flag, linked the world of products and services with the world of science in its fair contacts. In numerous talks could member of ECN spread the thoughts of the network.
